After a having to go through a student fundraising program Hugo is outraged to learn that due to the actions of a different class the field trip was canceled despite the fact their class earned the most money. He takes a defiant stand against injustice unfortunately his shorts chose a different act of defiance leaving him the laughing stock of the class once again.
