There are some adornments in Foxyboy's costume, which is a typical uniform of Chinese elementary school students.
Red scarf(红领巾 in Chinese) is a neckerchief worn by the Young Pioneers of China. In China, every young student would join this organization so the red scarf symbolizes elementary school.
There is also an armband, it had two stripes but I change it into three now. This armband shows its owner's title in Young Pioneers of China. Stripe ranges from 1 to 3, more stripes mean a higher title. Only good kids can obtain the armband. Foxyboy is a class monitor, so he is a good boy in adult's eyes, I guess? Lucky that no one finds his bad naughty behaviors after school :D
