Character Description
Rafael was designed to be Miguel's brother, he is meant to represent queer people and is homo-affective.
Personality
Rafael is a brat. While Miguel has the power of turning people into infants, babies and toddlers; Rafael can only induce people to fill or wet their diapers by booping their nose with the tip of his magic brush (adults and kids alike). His brush can materaliaze almost anything he imagines, and if he manages to "wedgie you" your underwear will become a colorful diaper. He only ever listens to his mom and Cyris on the daycare staff.
Likes/Dislikes
Rafael likes easy videogames and enjoys most of what Rafael enjoys, but he has a real love for children games and pranks. Rafael hates people telling him what to do and most veggies.
