Body
As seen above. Only important markings are one large spot on left shoulder, three spots of three different sizes on each ear, two medium spots on back of neck, four bands/stripes near end of tail, red hair and mane that stops at shoulders, red crest on first third of tail after body, red tuft on end of tail, medium-large spots on top of each foot/partly across toes, lack of spots along the sides below the armpits, and a gap in spots around the knees. The rest can be placed roughly similarly to their overall size/placement.
Clothing
Loose clothing that flows nicely and thin fabric allows him to stay cool, like robes or sweat-clothes or alternatively, close-fitting but very minimal clothing, thin breathable fabric that is opaque enough to keep him decent, like a loin-cloth or thong.
Will happily go nude in settings where that's allowed, he feels no shame over others seeing his body. (but will become embarrassed if he develops an erection in public... Not that he'll do anything to hide it, that just draws more attention!)
