And yet another OC jumps from my mind to the page! This is Roscoe Morgan-Kintana. I've had plans for him for a few years now, and I even commissioned his ref a few years back. Unfortunately that project never panned out and I got tired of this boy being stuck in limbo, so I recently commissioned LobaDeLaLuna to draw him instead!
Roscoe's family situation is... complicated. The TL;DR version: Roscoe is Rorick's son! Yes, I've given him a son!... But here's the catch: he's adopted, not that it matters much to Rorick. Family by choice is just as important as family by blood.
Roscoe Morgan-Kintana is the first cousin, once removed of his Elyssa. His mother, Sierra, was the daughter of Elyssa's mother's (Trisha) sister (Amy). (Yeah, I've got this shit plotted out. lol) Sierra and her husband, Evan Morgan, unfortunately passed in an auto accident a few months after his birth. Evan has no living family to speak of, and Sierra was estranged from her parents. In their wills, they left guardianship of Roscoe to his godmother, Elyssa, should anything happen to them. Elyssa and Rorick end up adopting Rosco after some discussion, and adoptions in these kind of situations tend to process fast. And it's a good thing too, as this went down shortly before Elyssa's own untimely passing, leaving Roscoe in the care of his cousin-in-law and now adoptive father.
While there were some rough patches in his life, Roscoe does end up with a fairly normal childhood. He graduates high school with honors and ends up following in the footsteps of Elyssa's father as a corporate accountant. He also meets a nice wolf girl name Autumn (yes, he has a big momma wolf at home.) that he settles down with and has four pups of his own. Hopefully you all will get to meet the bunch sooner rather than later. Though with as many characters as I have, I can't say when "sooner" will happen! lol
