Background/History
Bianca Star is a gentle ten-year-old albino kitten who loves singing and dancing, but is too shy to do it in front of people (specifically more than 3).
She considers Miley Mouse as her best friend, and she regularly does a private show for her.
Bianca is a really good singer for her age, her dancing skills are also quite impressive.
Bianca leads a pretty normal life of a Mobian in Empire City, she goes to elementary school and has a few friends.
Her friends call her Snowflake, because she's got pure white fur.
She wants her artist's name to be Snowflake someday, she really likes it.

Body
Bianca's a 85cm tall albino kitten, her pure white fur covers her entire body, except for the insides of her ears and the pads on her feet, which are tan. Because she's albino she also has red eyes.
She has a fluffy tail and short puffs on her muzzle. She has chest-long hair in a ponytail.
Clothing
Bianca usually wears a red dress with a skirt that is slightly lighter colour than her top, separated by a black belt with a golden ring as buckle.
Her skirt is adjusted with an opening for her tail; the hols is covered up by a piece of cloth buttoned down at the top of her tail.
She wears dark red thigh-high socks and teal shoes with a yellos strap.
She wears teal-coloured fingerless gloves as well to keep her hands warm.
Her hair is held in a ponytail with a yellow/golden coloured hairband.
Accessories
She carries a microphone with her most of the time.
