Badger and blackclaw cuddling in a nest.
My idea for this picture is that is looks like 2 individuals cuddling in the nest, but its not cozy/sweet as it seems.
This picture belongs to an au where badger/blackclaw are in a world where they're stuck using only their feral forms to survive.
Badger and co managed to escape from blackclaw's group, and formed a rival group near blackclaws group that has frequent fights with the vendetta crew a lot.
After a while blackclaws crew starts dying off, meanwhile badger's group grows as him + yowl are expecting a new litter of furhullen hound pups to be born any day now, and badger bides him time waiting when his rivals group dies completely.
Eventually the inevitable happens, and blackclaw is basically forced into joining badgers group. The picture below is when that happens, badger is happy to have his sick obsession forever in his paws, forever to be part of his group doing whatever he wants, forever HIS.
And yes badger in fact did dress up his den beforehand for blackclaw to lay in it with him like a lover dressing up their bedroom to be appealing for their girlfriend/boyfriend on a date or for a honeymoon.
I also like to remind people that these 2 characters aren't a sweet/cute happy couple at all in my stories/au, and are frequently
mutually abusive to each other a lot, even as going as far as screwing each other over, or worse.
Badger is basically both vindictive of blackclaw, but also obsessed/infatuated with blackclaw in a stalker/creep sorta way. Meanwhile blackclaw sees badger as a major annoyance, completely unaware of his enemies disturbing ' attraction ' towards him thinking of badger as an annoying little joke who won't leave him alone, and a in a lot of my stories/aus this ends up being a dangerous flaw that blackclaw overlooks.
This AU is also an AU I was going use for role-play when I joined a impressive title server a year ago for a week, and then left as it wasn't worth staying in as I decided I didn't like it + it was too dead to bother staying in, however though I kept the au as I loved the idea it had a lot.
