This was a birthday gift to Usagi (Sailor Moon) for that year. Ironic that her birthday just passed in 2024 and I am posting this now. She is ripping open a bus to catch a gift for herself. I can't remember what inspired the swimsuit idea but it was my own idea and was small and frilly.
