Tobias Messer Skunk was born on March 20, 2008 in Virginia to parents Mavis Pharaoh Skunk and Gordon Liddy Skunk, he has an older brother named McKenna B. Skunk and a younger sister named River L. Skunk, like McKenna, Tobias is best friends with Richmond (as he is like a brother to them) and gets excited when he's around, he his a HUGE Pokemon fan and has Pokemon Cards up the wazoo and knows almost all the Pokemon Characters.
