Just a character I've had floating around in my head - Trixie is a costumed vigilante / hero-for-hire kind of gal in the reluctant employ of the Government to protect high-profile witnesses and VIPs. Her heart is in the right place, but she doesn't have quite the skill and definitely not the luck she'd ideally want to take on her missions. Thus her long string of embarrassing near-failures in the field that drive her superiors nuts. But, she's never lost a charge, so they can't exactly fire her.
