This oufit is from when he was still in his family's circus.
and Stolas's, is from a painting/photo hanging on the palace murals of he holds Paimon's mirror, that bird looks intimidating and elegant with that military-type suit, damn you Stolas

Thanks for answering.
There is another portrait of these two over on e621 by one called Potatonebula, which shows Stolas in his Infernal Regalia, using Blitzo in full Fleshlight Mode. I view that work and I easily imagine the last thought in Blitzo's head before he blacks out ... "I never stood a chance ..!"
