Being in the No Zone Prison zone was bad enough for Scourge the Hedgehog but his cellmate, Smalls the Cat, set up a dastardly arrangement. Scourge avoids any major fights with Smalls backing him up and he gets his feet every night.

Endless tickles, lickling and even lewd stuff. Hey, prison ain't a cake walk.
