Frexxy loves his wife. She loves him back just as much, if not more, and would do anything for him, including singing his favorite song during karaoke night. She didn't need to wear her new sparkly dress when they'd just be singing at home, nor polish her scales to give them a nice sheen. She WANTED to do all this, just for him, because she loves him, plus, he makes the funniest sounds when he's fawning over her.
