Rupert Bear's mermaid friends Marina and Finian in human form.
I figured King Neptune was curious about the bear hero's hometown of Nutwood and decided to make these two human so he could learn about the little village and its residents. I wonder if Rupert's other human friends Tiger Lily will become jealous after seeing Marina?
