This is the character responsible for all these Pokéboy shenanigans. Luro is a Vileplume, and yes, that's how I chose to draw a Vileplume because my style is my own. He's from the Basque region because I derpily think that's cool, and he's an evil bastard who wants to catch, enslave, torture, suffocate, and subjugate 'em all. Fun fun funnnnn!
