I know the tags say shipping but I can't help but see it as two kittens (in this case pony's) playing around. if you've seen how kittens rough house you'll notice they often lick each other after wards, this gives that same kinda vibe. now if she licks lower...... yeah it'll be hard not to say its more intimate lol
