The past few months (year?) i've been having a pretty hard crisis of self... none of the 13-ish previous incarnations of my sona really felt like "me" anymore... even the new one i was in the middle of trying to design didn't (a Kirlia-Zorua hybrid "but not really", in case anyone asks)...
... then i started having... daydreams? hallucinations? unbidden little snippets of thought where parts of my selves would kinda "erupt" and be replaced by pieces of Floramon... so... not much i could do against that kind of argument...
For whatever reason though i really got set on trying to draw her with a "pride accessory" since it just happened to be the proper month for it... which bled over into it also just happening to have been June 2nd (Diaper Day in Japan)... and then being horribly out of practice with drawing diapers... it ended up taking 10 days for me to actually get one that was even this close to acceptably-bad...
Well... i decided to include 3 diaper variants... the first is the "pride" diaper... honestly i don't think i'll ever be able to actually have pride in any aspect of myself... but "genderfluid" was the closest i can even imagine applying to me at all...
... variant 2 is... the closest i could think of to an idea i had last year of "trying to embrace being abdl with a cute print to wear around people i pretend care" which lasted... less than an hour before i "threw out" the package... didn't help the friend who ignored their promise to be openminded about it /hates/ Froppy... ah... and the central strip is lily pads because of... some asmr Froppy videos i definitely don't listen to...
... and variant 3 was just... a too-hasty attempt at a "more real" print... for anyone who can't stand the other two but still wanted "something"...
... i think i've missed so many other things i wanted to say about this... but that's going to have to do for now...
