Here's another train comic I have wanted to do for a while.

Dicy The Mean Diesel Locomotive has been repainted and hopes that she gets to pull the express but The New Strict Controller, Caitlin Lucy Cat, has other ideas as she orders Dicy to take some goods trains to The Big Yard. Dicy does not like that one bit and she argues to The New Strict Controller that she doesn't want to do it and wants Trap The German Tank Engine or Scott The Flying Scotsman to do it for her.

The New Strict Controller tells Dicy off that locomotives on her railway (as she is the railway controller since Sir Samuel Strict Hatt, as an adult male human, retired in 2020) do not argue with her as she makes and gives the orders. She orders Dicy to do as she is told. Dicy scuttles away grumbling and muttering under her breath as she leaves.

There are six separate panels if reading the text is hard to read.

- This comic is a parody of "James And The Trouble With Trees" from Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends
- Caitlin Lucy Cat or The New Strict Controller gains a new body base with a new updated body base with updated waists and pronounced hips/pelvis
- Caitlin Lucy Cat or The New Strict Controller also gains more hand poses; in this case, a pointing finger pose to show that she is telling her locomotives off should they misbehave or challenge her orders/authority
