Hello, my name is Akko, and welcome to my clinic. This file is incredibly beginner friendly - and a tad bit mansplainy - with the sole purpose of introducing someone to the world of hypnosis, and allow them to experience going into trance for the first time.
The file is designed to take the listener into a deep state of trance, and has the suggestion that - should the listener want it - they can take the established level of trance as a starting point for future sessions, making it so that they can go even deeper the next time they want to.
DISCLAIMER: The file implies a level of professionalism in the sense that I set up a 'clinic' where you, the listener, meet me after having set up an appointment with me yourself. This is merely done as a way to establish a level of trust. I am in no way, shape or form a professional hypnotist. Should you wish to read the script, I will provide the link down below so that you know what you're getting yourself into. Have a nice day!
If you don't mind my opinion, I think you would gain a quite a bit if you applied a little "asmr techniques", especially if the idea is to get into generating that relaxation. In that sense, I think it would improve if you spoke more slowly, leisurely, and in a lower voice. I listen to a lot of asmr to help me sleep (I only like the roleplay style, I don't like the ones that are about sounds like tapping or rubbing things... and even less that of people eating, the only exception is the Tibetan bowls or those metal "forks" that also relax me but only from time to time I search for that) and I have noticed that the low-pitched voices of men are more relaxing than the high-pitched voices of women.
I don't know, maybe this is useful to you. But I liked this one, please continue with your sessions :)
It's nice, I enjoyed it! If you don't mind my opinion, I think you would gain a quite a bit if you
Thank you for your kind words and feedback! I am still very much learning the Tricks of the trade so any and all feedback is welcome. I'll absolutely take it into account for my inevitable second file and onwards ☺️
