Part of what's important for me with Isabella is that shes imperfect - slightly messy, a bit resentful, awkward. overly intense - compared to some of my more perfect, graceful previous characters. Especially growing out of my own confidence issues, it's meaningful that she's able to act decisively and confidently and carry herself.
