“So where did your mom get diapers so quickly for you?” Daniël asks.

“I don’t know.” Elioth lies.

“Really, because you seem nervous.” Benjamin notices.

“Why don we ask her?” Oscar asks as he sees where Elioth's mother is sitting.

“No!!” Elioth blurts out. The once tough and ferocious hyena is now standing around nervously, trying not to blush or cry. He notices that not even the adults are defending him, and are instead trying to hide their chuckles

“Why not, then we’ll get an answer.” Daniël smirks.

“Wait, I think I know why she had them.” Elioth stammers as he thinks of a lie. “It's my friend’s, you know Louis right. My family recently invited him on vacation, and my mom still had some of his diapers left.” He says as convincingly as possible.

“Oh really?” Cooper grins as he sees through the lie. While it’s true that Louis, an eleven year old lion cub, did have some bladder problems, He avoided diapers just like the kitten. “I could’ve sworn that Louis doesn’t wear diapers, only underwear and sometimes pull-ups like me.”

“Well, um, he got demoted a while back, his parents were tired of all the laundry and put him in diapers.” Elioth continues.

“That's interesting, cause I only heard him getting praised by his parents for barely having accidents the past months.” Ben replies, also figuring out that the hyena is lying.

“Wait, did I say that his parents demoted him? I meant that my parents put him back in diapers due to the lion having too many accidents.” Elioth changes the story, contradicting himself.

“Oh really, let’s ask the cub himself.” Daniël says as he sees the lion cub, and waves at him.

Louis was wearing a T-shirt and lion-guard themed pull-ups. Unlike Cooper and Elioth, who had no choice but to go without pants, the lion actually preferred it that way. He notices the others, and walks towards them. “Hi guys.” he greets them, as well as the adults. He notices the Hyena wearing a diaper, but isn’t surprised as he’s used to the sight of him wearing those.

“Louis, how are you?” Cooper asks.

“I’m doing well, how about you guys?” the lion curiously asks.

“Just fine.” Cooper sighs.

“Surprised to see you still being dry.” Elioth teases, not having learned his lesson.

“Just got changed.” Louis admits, not being embarrassed about his condition unlike the others. “Though I’m just as surprised about you being dry.”

“And why would that be?” Elioth glares at the cub.

“Well because…” The lion suddenly stops as he realises that Elioth is trying to keep his “problem” a secret. “Because there must be a reason for you to be in diapers right now.

The hyena, who’s squirming at this point, tries to say something, but is cut off by Daniël.

“He got in trouble for bullying others.” Daniël explains. “But that can’t be the only reason.”

Elioth makes up another lie as his desperation becomes more noticeable. “I promised I wouldn’t tell, but the diaper belongs to my cousin.”

At this point all the others know that the hyena is lying, yet continue the interrogation.

“Let me get this straight, you want us to believe that you would fit in a six-year-old’s diaper?” Ben asks. “Such a small diaper would tear instantly, while this one fits you snuggly.”

“Well, um I…” Elioth continues to stammer. Before flooding his diaper.

“Stop lying Elioth, it’s obviously not your cousins.” Benjamin says.

“Da pup is peeing!” Ricky points out wait.

“That can’t be.” Daniël says, before seeing the blushing hyena, and his soaked diaper. “No way.”

Cooper feels bad for the cub despite having been bullied by him for weeks. “Is that diaper yours? Do you also have bladder issues?”

The hyena nods as tears run down his face, and he finishes emptying his bladder. “Y-yeah.”

Daniël however is far from sympathetic, and snaps at the cub. “Then why did you make fun of other cubs with the
same problem, why did you think it was okay to belittle someone who just lost his parents?!”

Elioth turns red with shame as he starts to apologise. “I’m sorry, I know it was wrong. An older cub found out about my secret and blackmailed me into bullying others. I know I should’ve refused but I really didn’t want others to find out.”

“Blackmail?” Ethan asks confusedly, not understanding the meaning.

“The older cub told him to bully other cubs or he’d tell his secret.” Ben explained, who unlike the bear, was sympathetic for the hyena.

“Ow ok.” The fox said softly.

“You really expect to get away with that excuse?” Daniël asks.

“N-no of course not.” The hyena says sincerely.

“Who’s dat older cub?” Oscar asked curiously.

“I don’t know his name, but he’s a panther, twelve years old, and plays in the school band.” Elioth replies softly.

“You mean Pierre?” Cooper asks. “I’m friends with his younger brother Percy, and he constantly makes fun of everyone.”

“Yeah him.” Elioth nods. “Look, I’m really sorry, I should have never made fun of you for things you guys can’t help, especially not when I have the same condition.”

1. The others will forgive the hyena, with (a) or without teasing him (B).
2. The others won’t forgive Elioth, and continue to scold him.
3. While most of them go easy on Elioth, Daniël continues to hold a grudge.
