“Gomubara” is slightly mixed with the words “Gomu” (ゴム), which is Japanese for rubber, and Bara (薔薇), which is Japanese for rose. Explains what Roselians are based on, and because their model is based heavily on 1930 rubber hose cartoons. Roselian is mixed between the words Rose and Alien, based on what they are and what they look like.
