Wanted to make a little piece of Derby and some of his coworkers that work at the local fabric company. These are the ones I imagine he probably considers his friends!
Les is one of those "functioning alcoholics" that is always definitely mild-to-moderately drunk and yet never fails to do his job effectively. Coffee cup smells suspiciously like whiskey.
Donnie is a hard worker but is known to have a sour attitude. He's very no-nonsense and often seems like he really doesn't enjoy his job, but he does. There's a good heart under that grumpy exterior.
Derby likes boys.
Saul is just waiting until he can retire. He still puts his heart into his work but you can tell he's really counting days for those last 15 years to come and go so he can move to the beach.
Norm is an oddball. He talks a lot about his life but the stories often change. He cycles through relationships with girls and no one ever meets them. Least likely to go out for an after-work drink. Saul swears he must be, like, "one of those guys that plays computer games".
Percy, aka "Snake Bite", notorious break room fridge scavenger. Lives with family, carefree and good-natured but prone to pranks. Probably has had supervisors "coach" him on workplace behavior at least once.
