Yesterday was a terrible Friday: I was making my dinner of chicken nuggets in the microwave and I had my headphones on. My sister Laurie appears from above came into the kitchen and asked me to remove headphones, because it bothers her that I was listening to music while I prepared my dinner. When I went to the basement (where my bedroom is now), I had the Montreal newspaper, the sodect guide, my Amazon tablet and a jar of mayonnaise on my left hand. On the second step I was distracted and everything was spilled on my shoes: my left shoe had a bunch of mayonnaise on it and my tablet was a little cracked from the top only.

The fact that my sister Laurie really doesn't want me to wear headphones while making my dinner gives me the idea to continue doing it, because she has no right to give me orders: she is not my mother .

Listening to music while eating my meal and preparing it is a key way to help me stay in my bubble, be in a good mood and also not be disturbed.
