I apologize for this not being as detailed as some of my other drawings as I only made this after only about 3-4 hours due to some time constraints on a busy drawing schedule.
Anyways, as a mini-project and as an early recognition of Pride Month, I decided to draw Slippy as a transgender man based on a headcanon of mine that I already mentioned in an earlier project. Here are my reasons as to why I believe Slippy was born a girl but became a man later in life...
In Star Fox 64, Slippy is canonically 18 but yet had a distinctly female voice due to being voiced by a woman(Lyssa Browne). In Star Fox Adventures, Slippy is now well into his 20's and has a voice that's still high pitched yet sounds more masculine as if he started undergoing hormone therapy to get a deeper voice. In Star Fox Assault, which takes place after Adventures, Slippy's voice sounds much deeper as if he had completed his transition. However, when Star Fox 64 3D and Zero came around(which are essentially remakes of 64), Slippy is once again 18 and sounds feminine again. This would also explain why Slippy's male wingmates are all significantly much taller than him since females tend to be shorter on average. But hey, that's just a theory, A GAME THEORY!
