I tried a couple more concepts, but in the end, the "alley cat bandit" is still my favourite.
I think it's still pretty bland, but still an improvement.

A character design should help to fullfill that character role or personality in the story. And I think Hershey has neither.

I like the second head a little more, but it's less recognizable.
