Many years ago, I talked with an ex-worker of Disney, and he told me they had in mind to make Bambi 3, focusing on Great Prince childhood, his "real name" was just Roe.

But then Disney closed Australian studios and focused on 2009 on only make 3d movies, so all ideas of sequels and prequels were cancelled.

Really? If it's true I'd like more of a continuation of the children of bambi to give a sequel to the first film than a sequel that focuses on the great prince, but the idea would be even good Prequel before having a possible bambi 4, but unfortunately we won't have that bambi 3

The problem with a sequel of Bambi is, Disney never got (in theory) the copyrights of the second book, that is why we will never have a story about it (however, there is a comic of Bambis Children made by Disney, I am not sure what is about because only exist some pictures of it, but I asume that was a plan Disney had on 40-50´s.

Bambi Children comic I found on a website and downloaded all the comics, and the Bambi's Children book only enter the public domain until 2035
