Just wanted to draw a magikarp hood and then I just... think I got carried away. Suddenly it needed to have a whole OC with it and frankly that's a good idea I need more magikarp themed oc trainers. No idea what to name him yet but I plan on probably putting him in my pet-pokemon world in Alto Mare. He's a big stiff socially and doesn't get along with people. Touch of a temper on him. If you talk badly about pokemon he gets real offended and might get in your face about. Specially over magikarps.
