Watch out thugs and vandals! With colorful flair, this coyote is ready to defend Westopolis!

Neurose is a graduate of Westopolis Grand University with a master's in neuroscience. Using his studies, he's decided to handle the rising gang activity in his own unique way. Sometimes it involves being a distracting presence, showing skin in all the right places and using bold colors to appear more feminine.

When he needs to get serious, his brains come into play. The baubles attached to his shorts are actually bombs filled with neurologic chemicals. The compressed powder shapes bust open and mix with the liquid to produce a gas, which can range from causing pain to emotional imbalances to temporarily paralysis when inhaled.

Neurose believes in nonviolent but disruptive approaches, and his unique style of vigilantism has reduced crime by almost 40%.
