I would not be too sure sure about that. No matter how a society has tighten its rules around its members, there is always somebody out there wanting to delve out in the fringes of those rules. 99% of those who could but won't because of society's rules and expectations, there is that 1% that would. The problem is would she find them just as attractive and compatible to her and as she is to them in their minds?

The term has been used on several TV Show episodes, one I can't remember but I think it was either Friends or Two and Half Men where a minor male character who was over 6ft (1.8m) in height wanted to date an adult woman who happened to be 4ft tall (1.1m) or so and looks like a child.
