Normally in Pokemon the rivals go out of their way to look less cool then the protagonist.. Or are giant jerks. Hugh actually is pretty cool, and motivated by a noble cause... if singlemindedly so. So back near halloween i commissioned this but forgot to post it.. I named him Saix XD
