I think its best, for now, that I take a "break" from art.
I keep struggling with my artistic confidence and not finding what feels right stylistically and in general.. to the point of refunding/refusing commission(s) I THOUGHT I could do. This has been affecting me mentally, and productively, and it is not a path I wish to continue down. While I'm away, I'm going to work towards art that I can truly be proud of and not just spew out just to get a post out for the week.
This will involve making significant changes to how I depict characters, both visually and potentially in their personalities, except, of course, a lot of baseline, core foundation-related things. (ex; watermark, name, species, etc.)
NOW, I know A LOT of you love my art as it is and what I've posted and think it looks amazing, and I agree.. to a certain extent ^_^. I'm proud of most of my art, but not ALL of it, and I'm deeply sorry to have given you guys something so.. "ehh, good enough" art, whether you realized it or not. Which is why I am always so appreciative of any kind words you guys have said about my art/to me, it really means a lot more than you think, but thats why I want to give you guys GOOD QUALITY art instead of just a quantity. ^~^
Anyways, again, I'm very sorry.. I will return better than before and stop all these sad boy ass posts >~>
