Talon the Griffin is Experiment 15, created by Bucky the Rat. His gloves conceal actual talons, which can be charged with energy for added power. He once pretended to have psychokinesis while Carrie the mirage hid near him, using her powers of psychokinesis and invisibility to keep them both safe.
I included my own drawing. I actually like the added ears on the ai versions, so I'm willing to add them to his canon design.
