Chet the cheetah was a bit of a rival to Copter in some ways. He died defending his friends from the Darkseeker, but Bucky the Rat brought him back to life as Experiment 16. A scar on his chest serves as a reminder of his death...but the ai couldn't do the scar well, so I left it off. As a cheetah, Chet is naturally very fast, but still isn't even competition for Sonic.
