It's 8BIT, the evil 2BIT! He spent some time with some goodness forced into him recently, but that just pissed him off once he was back to normal. Despite that, he still drops in to help 2BIT with the youtube channel, inexplicably.
I had to do a lot of redrawing/inpainting to get both the red arms and red chest at once. Only the tip of his tail should be red, btw; the rest would be black.
