Back in Oklacon of 2011 these two lovely ladies approached my table in artist alley, and decided to buy a badge off of me. It turned out that the two were a mother and daughter. The daughter, Nichole, was only 15 years old. Her mother was supportive enough to accompany her daughter to her very first furry convention. I was already backed up on my work and told them that I would have it to them Sunday morning of the convention. Sadly, they left early. This left me with an incomplete badge and an undelivered piece. I felt terrible so I contacted young Nichole and presented her with this image. A nice poster sized image she could print out at no extra charge. That didn't seem like enough, but I had no choice but to move on at the time. Amazingly, this year at Oklacon, Nichole and her mother returned. This allowed me to finish her badge and deliver it by hand to two very pleased customers. I do enjoy a happy ending.
