Yea, at least he is learning things from others and I love his relationship with his father. J.P. really gained a bit to his character thanks to the Junior Flier J.P. episode that him getting Lucky as his son felt earned.

Yep. I like JP's character development. Sure, he may still have his vein mood, but thats what makes him him in some cases. But, we also get a character who goes from not being to fond of Pip and Freddy, to be more open and welcoming to them, even getting help from them in some episodes.
