For October, I did a drawing challenge (like half the internet, haha). I went with the Nonsense-Tober one because it seemed like the most fun at the time. Every day had two key words to do a picture based around. Was fun for encouraging creativity, though I did struggle with some days. Though many of them, I hope to revisit in the future to expand and complete into full drawings of some sort.

Oh yay! We're at what is another of my favorites from this batch. In fact, I want to keep her around as a full character of mine. <3 She's based off both magical girls and a chunibyo (which is a thing in mainly Japan were some early teenagers get fantastical delusions that they have magical abilities, or carry the blood of a demon, or are destined to save the word, etc). I haven't decided which category she would actually fall in to and I think it would be fun to play around with her in both settings.
Not only is she a fun character, though, but I think skill-wise I did fairly well. Drawing the hand sign was difficult (shout out to Norv for modeling it for me). I think I did well overall though. And I'm happy with the folds and skirt ruffles. And yes, star-shaped eye patches exist.
