Character Sheet for Mortomen
Character Description
He was created by the combined powers of Arceus, Celebi and Mew in order to maintain the balance of life and death and to keep the legendary pokemon safe from that system. Unlike the other legendary pokemon, he is the only one who retained his elemental named Hemo. Morotmen and Hemo share a close bond, so close in fact that Morotmen and Hemo are always in sync. This sync goes as far as to allow Hemo to manifest himself in the real world as arm made of "blood".
Mortomen can control all forms of life through the "threads of life" which only he can control. With these threads he can either increase or decrease the life span of the owner of the thread, make them immortal or kill then, or even affect their body through "natural" methods such as disease or aging.
Personality
Morotmen is a bit of a mystery, even to Arceus. He remains in the shadows almost never revealing himself to the world unless his presence is necessary or Arceus calls upon him. However, whenever he has revealed himself, he is seen as either very straightfoward or always says things in a riddle like format. Being in control of every living being: plant, animal and human has given Morotmen much restraint. Being immortal and being able to time travel has given him all eternity to turn Mortomen into an unbiased individual about nearly everything. However, he still listens to Arceus and obeys nearly every command he is given. Morotmen still has a will of his own and has shown it to Arceus repeatedly, like the time he defied Arceus in order to keep his elemental, almost killing Arceus in the process. Unlike Dialga and Celebi, Morotmen is a bit more lenient with revealing the future to the very few he speaks to.

Background/History
Mortomen was created because of Arceus' paranoia of death. He has already nearly died twice and he wasn't going to let it happen again. With the combined strength of himself, Celebi and Mew, they created Mortomen. What they didn't realize is that thanks to Mortomen's ability to travel through time, he already "existed" before they created him. Thanks to this, Mortomen already had full control of his powers and had an infinite amount of time to learn how to harness the power of his elemental Hemo. After a year of doing his duty to preserve the balance of life and death, Arceus' paranoia had shown itself again. With the fear of death no longer factoring in, he was able to focus on his other fear: the elementals. He wanted to rip the elementals out of all of the legnedaries so that the threat of losing control to them could never happen. Arceus had succeeded in doing this in every legendary but one: Mortomen. He refused to lose his elemental because of Arceus' unneeded fear of them and nearly killed Arceus to prove his point. To further his point, he did not warn Arceus about the impending events to follow what would happen if Acreus ripped the elementals from the legendaries. The elementals did not return to their planes of existance like Arceus had planned, instead they were powerful enough to remain in this world. (I won't go to far into this until I make the character sheet for the character it's needed)
Relatives/Family
Mortomen has no family to speak of, only Arceus, Mew and Celebi could be considered his family since they created him.
World/Setting
Body
Mortomen is a spider in every respect. He has eight eyes and eight limbs. One pair of these limbs he uses as his arms, which end in four opposable claws. His other set of "arms" end in scythe like blades. His other four limbs he uses as his legs which end in much smaller claws which look similar to the ones on his hands. On his chest and the backside of his thorax he wears an emblem which resembles an hourglass. "time is the ultimate form of death" as Mortomen says. whenever Mortomen wears his robe, his elemental Hemo forms an arm made out of "blood" which he uses instead of his own limbs.
Clothing
Mortomen normally hides his appearance behind a robe made of his own silk. The robe hides every part of his body except for his glowing red eyes.
