Personality: An intelligent boy who's wise beyond his years and the brains of the group. Although his sorcery isn't very strong like his older brother, Milo is still reliable as he is always ready to help his team mates. He also is kind and understanding.
=== Biography: Citrine and Milo Howell are the sons of the renowned Star Warrior Sir Dominic Howell, and are also the childhood friends of Plumeria "Plume" Shinesky.
When Citrine was only 6 years old and Milo was only a baby, their village up in the clouds was under attack by a criminal gang that worshipped Nightmare, who are looking to destroy the Star Warriors. After Dakin was able to free his daughter Plume, who was trapped between pieces of the broken building, the pieces of the collapsed building fell on his legs and was crippled as a result, but was saved by Sir Dominic, who fought off the villains, all while the siblings escaped with their mother Beth. Dominic later returned to a war against Nightmare and Dark Matter.
The villagers built a new village near the beach on Sky High. For the next for years Dominic was distant from his own sons as they hardly knew him, but cannot say why, not even towards his wife Beth. When Citrine was 10 and Milo was 4, their father left his family to an unidentified planet. What they didn't know Dominic doesn't want to lose his family, the same way he once lost a few of his allies that are fellow Star Warriors to the ghostly dark mistress Spectrine, the one who killed them.
Later on, 10 year olds Plume and Citrine and 4 year old Milo saved a Croucars chick from the Twin Fire Lions, whom she took down herself, due to their team work and bravery, Citrine named the chick Valor. Citrine and Milo's mother Beth was worried, but Grace was rather impressed by Plume's actions.
The brothers later study sorcery after the two and Plume found a mysterious magical staff in the ruins that Citrine decided to keep. He practiced using the staff every day while his younger brother looks through different spell books.
Six years later, Milo and Citrine joined Plume as she forms the Dream Chasers, while also recruiting female Waddle Dee twins Dee-Anne and Jay-Dee that are the planners and doers respectively, a female Birdon Paloma the lookout, a canine Tank Canid the muscles of the group, a Poppy Bro Sr. Azar Boomsleigh the explosives expert, a Cappy historian Jasper Shrooman, a chef Granny Ginger *Same species as Chef Kawasaki*, a robot PopTron 1992 *Or simply PT*, and their faithful companions Purrincess the Whiskers and Citrine's Croucars Valor, as they set sail on their flying aircraft, the DreamShip. *Set before the events of Kirby's Dreamland* === Trivia: Citrine at times judges Ryo's cockiness and maturity, which can annoy him.
Milo can summon ability stars through his spell book, but he can also perform spells as well.
Milo likes to study with his brother and even with Jasper, in fact, the three are part of Peony's book club.
