The god Tazri and the other dragons pray to.
Celestial dragons live to create a planet full of life. Once they fully grow they pick their spot in the universe and use up their remaining life force to create their own personal world. In this process they give birth to the next celestial dragon and give themselves a planet to watch over. When all life on that planet dies the Celestial dragon dies with it.
Asgorath created Earth and fragmented his power even further to 4 lesser dragon gods. Asgorath Tasked the first 3 gods to make species to populate the world to their desires. The last god was appointed to rule the afterlife and maintain a regulated cycle of reincarnation.
With Asgoraths last will he created dragon kind to be peacekeepers on earth. His first wish was for dragons to protect their own kind at all costs, unless a dragon threatens his own species future. His second wish was for Dragons to be proud of their scales and the gift that is being a dragon. And his third wish was to keep harmony on earth between all the races. Tough his last wish was lost among his creations till his champion was eventually born Tazri. Some could say Tazri's birth was too late.
