Originally it was Tequiila Rose showing he's skilled with other weapons besides fans. Not sure if it's still him or a new character in the works. Either way~ he belongs to PotisTheronArts on FurAffinity.

I had fun drawing this even though that chain gave me hell. I'm not sure if his left hand is on the back of the blade or that's how he's controling the chain or what... just seemed like it belonged there at the time. And, yes, he's eyeless at the moment. I will one day get beyond the sketching stage of many new pictures.
