Character Description

Rokta is a very tall wingless white furred dragon, standing at 6 feet 10 inches and 200 pounds. She has resistance to cold and has ice breath as a breath attack. She is an Oath of Death Paladin, 14th level dnd 5e rules. The Oath of Death is a homebrew oath granting her the use of necrotic damage and anti-healing abilities.

She wields a +3 obsidian vorpal sword, a reward for discovering a source of obsidian and stopping an evil archangel from being freed, saving her home city in the process.
Her armor was granted to her from Death as a reward for killing a lich that was absorbing millions of souls, giving her the title Envoy of Souls and granting her the ability to interact with spirits physically. It can also be upgraded with the use of Death Shards, and currently is +1 with +20 movement speed, making her base speed 50.
Her shield is a simple +1 enchanted shield.
She has a cloak of flying, allowing her to fly at 60ft movement for 1 hour a day

Other items she has is a red silk dress, and a number of healing potions.

She has maxed out Constitution and Charisma, with a high strength score as well. Her intellect and wisdom are lacking and she has trouble remembering things.
As a paladin, her aura grants her charisma bonus to all her saves and those within 10 feet of her
Her oath of death aura induces a -1d4 to attack of all enemies within 10 feet of her
Her auras also negate fear effects

Her initiative rolls are cursed. Its uncommon to roll more than a 5 on any initiative roll. The DM took pity on her and granted her a ring of initiative, granting an additional 1d8 to initiative rolls. Even with this boon, she almost always goes last in turn order.

Her right eye is missing, however it was replaced by a permanent magical ability to see spirits even if they are hiding and can still see out of it like her normal eye.

She was also cursed as a werewolf, up to rank three before curing herself so her kids would not inherit the curse.
She laid 5 eggs with Lucian, all of which would not hatch until after the homebrew campaign. In the care of Cor, also pregnant from Lucain.

Personality

Confident and fearless, she places herself on the frontline. Outside of combat she is rather serious but not afraid to have a good time, often drinking people under the table or being romantic with her Fiancé. Shes not afraid to speak her mind and can be rather blunt at times, but is kind and caring to her friends and other innocents. She enjoys competitions and teasing others with her alluring body. She is poly, but respects her fiance's wishes. Should she find someone interesting, they need the approval of her fiance before anything is done. She has three members in her poly relationship, her Fiance, Lucian, a bronze dragonborn female Cor, and a red kobold Katarra.

Likes/Dislikes

She likes sweet things, spas, baths, nudity, drinking and fighting
She dislikes assholes and those going against the natural order of life and death, evil, and suspicious strangers trying to get close to her or her friends. Minotaurs.

Background/History

Rokta lived in a small hut hidden deep in the snowy forest mountains and far from most civilization. They had a small garden but lived mostly from hunting game such as deer and other wildlife.

At the ripe young age of 3 as they just sat down for dinner, there was a knock on the door. Her father answered, and was immediately stabbed in the stomach. She would not know until much later that these were mafia hitmen. Her mother, Nazax, helped her escape as her father, Teostrin, gave his life buying them time to escape. Unfortunately Nazax was unable to follow Rokta and was killed shortly after.

Rokta hid in a burrow at the base of a tree for several hours, listening in fear as they searched for her. Fortunately she was never found and they left. Rokta returned home and bore witness to the remains of her parents, savagely butchered, the image seared forever in her mind. She ran into the woods, tears streaming from her eyes as her life was destroyed.

She lived alone out in the wild, her white dragon ancestry and long fur her only protection from the cold and the elements. She lived for over a year eating anything she could find, from wild berries to half frozen animals, even stealing kills from other animals. Nothing was off the table, and she gradually built a resistance to even the harshest of food.

Eventually one day she emerged from the woods, finding the base of the mountain on the outskirts of a peaceful town. Her clothes had long since been abandoned, her body was little more than skin and bones. She was likely to die in the coming weeks. However, she was seen by another child, another furred dragon like herself.

He was a mix breed, black and white in color, and a few years older than her. He draped his coat over her shoulders where it went down to her knees. He helped her inside a building with a number of other children, and the adult caring for them sat her by the fire and prepared some soup.

A doctor was called and she was checked, he was amazed she was even still alive. It took months for her to recover her full strength, during which she developed a close friendship with her savior, seeing him as her big brother.

After a few years at the orphanage, the now ten year old Rokta and her best friend, now fourteen, encountered a recruiter for the Paladin Order. Rokta convinced him to sign up, determined to join him as well. The recruiter was hesitant, but agreed to take them with.

Together they traveled for a month by horse cart to the city of Voros, home to the Freeswords Guild and the Order of Moonlight paladin order. Rokta then spent her days training body and mind, discovering an aptitude for Paladin magic. Her friend, however, had no talent and trained hard to become a formidable fighter.

During her Paladin training, she learned of oaths and how they can be for about anything or to anything. While most made oaths to justice or vengeance, she, still scarred from her parent's murder, became almost obsessed with Death and the cycle of life. Seen as wasting her time, she was met with some challenges and jibes about her growing beliefs and her faith in Death. She learned of the cycle of life and reincarnation, and that it was the responsibility of reapers to ensure the souls are able to pass on and rejoin the cycle, being cleaned and birthed anew in new life.

When she turned 20, her friend was sent off on his first solo mission, across the mountain border and into the vampire controlled lands. The world was in turmoil, the sun had vanished from the sky and the enemy vampires were suspected to be the cause. His mission was to discover how to stop them and return the sun to the sky. Unfortunately, he never retuned.

Rokta set out with her own Mentor in search of him, as well as any battle intel held by the vampires. However, they were separated in an ambush, and Rokta soon joined a band of adventurers in hopes of meeting up with her mentor in the capital where they agreed to meet in case such a situation happened.

Relatives/Family

Orphan, her new family is the group of adventurers she's been traveling with for over a year, her mentor Trindel, her friends from the order.

World/Setting

Based in the world of Grim Hallow campaign. We have finished the campaign and are now in a homebrew post game seeking to stop an evil god from breaking free of her binds.

Body

White fur, white horns, red right eye. Her left eye is missing and is an empty socket, pure black. Very fluffy, very long tail, very tall. Her form is rather slim, her dense muscles hidden under her fluff.

Clothing

Has no problem being nude, but is almost always in her Spirit Envoy heavy armor. For casual wear she has a red dress, but being on the road constantly she does not view clothes as a necessity.

Accessories

She has some rings and necklaces, and stole a kink collar from someone for being rude though she doesn't wear it. She has a pair of handcuffs for bedroom time and for apprehending criminals.
