On a dive to the seabed, you come across Blubby laying on his back on the bottom, blowing big bubbles and happily batting them around with his paws. When he sees you, he wonders if you might be wanting some air, and he blows another big bubble, this time keeping it in place so you'd have an easy time breathing from it if you wanted to.
