For October, I did a drawing challenge (like half the internet, haha). I went with the Nonsense-Tober one because it seemed like the most fun at the time. Every day had two key words to do a picture based around. Was fun for encouraging creativity, though I did struggle with some days. Though many of them, I hope to revisit in the future to expand and complete into full drawings of some sort.

I don't know why, but I like the idea of winged animals with sea animals. I wanna say I've visited this concept before, but if I did, it was ages ago. I guess it's the whole "we care about each other, but we live in separate worlds" tragic story trope or something.
I definitely over thought this image, though. See, when it the key word was "glasses," I thought it meant drinking glasses. So I came up with this idea of a mermaid and angel drinking together. But then I overthought it and wondered if it meant eye glasses instead. So now the mermaid is wearing glasses. Even though, from personal experience, that doesn't work so well. LOL!
Oh wow. I still like the concept over all. May need to revisit it at some point.
