Seem like those team rocket grunts were up to more shenanigans, trying to catch the elusive Celebi of the forest, unfortunately for them, the guardian of the forest had some hidden trick under it sleeves~
Also include version with my Celebi OC, Omeion! Which you guy saw her as a more anthro Celebi, but her design can very well work with a standard Celebi~
