Background/History
Grew up in Canada. The Chacals are a wealthy family with a high royal-like status. While the Chacals were on vacation at their vacation mansion in Mexico, an unknown enemy was released by a nearby military research base and attacked innocent residents including the Chacals. His mother and father were killed and his brother has been missing. Yuri was almost attacked by the unknown creature but was saved by some Mexican military police and United States soldiers. Yuri was adopted by one of the American soldiers. Yuri joined the United States military right out of high school and was shortly hand-picked for the Canadian, American, and Mexican Special Forces (C.A.M.)

Body
Yuri has the look of a protogen. If Yuri's heart rate increases at a certain point his eyes will turn into 4 eyes. Reason for this is to "scare" off enemies in combat.
Yuri's grey coat is healthy and neck fur is very fluffy.
His robotic arm is made from metal and his trigger finger is carbon fiber.
