Background/History
Madison:
During his early days, he was once an young apprentice of Dr. Ivo Robotnik, helping out with filling the shoes of some of Ivo's former henchmen in the past. It was a massive opportunity for Madison, as he was a big admirer of Ivo for quite some time. But, one day, after Ivo had lost his last fight against his former enemies, disagreements and arguments stir their relationship. Soon, Madison lost his trust with Ivo, even when Ivo passed on due to a disease he had kept from everyone. Madison used this as an opportunity to take full control of Ivo's remaining arsenal, and make it his own. But, unfortunately for him, during his twenties, Madison would soon lose most of that arsenal due to Phantom The Hedgehog taking him on during his quest to harnessing power from super-powered individuals. After his defeat, Madison took refuge in an under a subterranean location below Central City's train station, and plans alone with his mild-mannered cloned hedgehog, Silvia, who's also his lover. Ever since Adam Maxwell had became his accomplice, he waited until he entered his thirties to finally get his revenge planned out to finish what he started years ago.
Maxwell:
Adam Maxwell grew up in a town side far from Central City, and has been a school principal for many years. But during those years, he encountered super-powered individuals in the past and fears that one day, they would suddenly snap and cause harm to society. He's one one to have faith in superheroes. His job as a school principal is usually an undercover masking of what he really does, and that's to seek out any potential superheroes. So far, he has been viewed as a considerate, yet paranoid human being. One "faithful" day when he was covering for principal in Central High, he meets Conner The Hedgehog, and soon finds out that he's super-powered after a bully assaulted the poor hedgehog. He knew how scared Conner was, so he decided to not give Conner any trouble when he was at his absolute most vulnerable. Maxwell also figured that whatever he really had planned for, he could only go to one individual that may be the only one he could find to fulfill his goal, and that happened to be John Madison. Afterwards, he had recorded security of Conner's incident, and shares it only to John Madison, and had a secret plan, to which in his own mind, to prevent a potential disaster.
Silvia:
During his 28th birthday, John Madison was continuing a planned project to create a partner of his own to keep from being alone in his subterranean lair under Central City's train station. After about ten-plus tries, his final attempt proved to be the most successful, creating to what he described as angelic. Silvia was born Madison testing capsule, and immediately had a bright personality that even an evil genius like Madison couldn't resist. For 5 years, she's served Madison when she was needed for something important, and tries to keep her from being too involved in most of his evil plans. Despite having to put up with Madison's egotistical ideologies, she's only supportive of Madison when it comes to his own personal and pleasurable desires outside of his disdain of superheroes and world domination.
