I updated Aurora's look. I did this because I wanted to see if I could pull it off. I have tried to make Aurora a likeable character over the years, but somehow, I think I botched it, because I never get the feeling that anyone wants to hear her story. Then again, most of the time, I fail to tell good stories or have likeable characters. The three characters I have that I think have any interest from others are Zeex, Dixie and Zexelia. I guess Aurora just isn't an interesting character to most people. Oh well, I'll still draw her, and I plan on rewriting the backstory she has...sort of.
I do like drawing Aurora, a lot, because for some reason, it's fun (at least for me). Taking a character that has such a high amount of energy, and putting her into all these ideas I have put her in, pretty much just makes it fun for me to keep drawing her.
I've also been trying to make it so she's powerful, but her power does carry risks to those around her. I don't want her to have the title of "Overpowered" or "Mary Sue", cause I know both of those titles are pretty dang stupid and not good for an enjoyable story. I'm just not as good at this kind of stuff. I can draw, sure, but it feels like I fail at a lot of story related things.
