I have to agree with Penny. It is so very thick and poofy just as it should be. Now all that is needed is to have him bent over her lap for some embarrassing spankings. Not like it would hurt with how thick it is.
After that perhaps getting him a skirt at the same time as the pants so that it frames his padded rear better. Or perhaps swap the pants out for some locking bloomers. Maybe with a vibrator inside them so that it can make the diaper crinkle loudly on demand.
Obviously can also include a nice thick buttplug in that diaper as well to make his face even more red.
